PCO drivers wanted! Earn up to 1200£ a week.

Station Cars Surrey (SCS) is a leading Cars service provider, operating from Norbiton London area. SCS has a vast experience of about 30 plus years of operation in the fleet services market under its belt. We are Hiring candidates for the post of PCO Drivers. In order to full fill the growing demand of our service we require candidates who are well mannered and who possess a pleasant personality.

The core responsibilities of a PCO driver would be:

Legality:

• PCO driver must have at-least a minimum of 3-years’ experience of Mini Cab driving.
• He must possess a full UK license approved by the TFL.
• He should have a thorough grasp of the legalities, UK traffic rules and regulations and law including: Passing the DSA( Driving Standard Agency) requirements and Public Carriage Act pertaining to but not confined to accepting of the credit and debit cards. If the passenger so requests.

Character and medical standards:

• The incumbent should be physically fit. For this he will have to go through a test called the DVLA Group 2 medical standards test. This will indicate both the mental and physical fitness of the applicant. For character standards the incumbent will go through checks from the Disclosure and barring service (DBS). .

Assistance for license would be provided:

• SCS will provide the incumbent with assistance to get a new license or renew the old one. .

Turning leads into service orders:

• The incumbent would have to turn leads or inquiries into practical booking of our services. .

Answering/Solving client queries:

• The incumbent would also be required to answer all client queries including account queries in view of our policies and code of conduct. And some business development skills would be an added advantage. For promoting the enquiry process and taking orders via our phone or website. .

Having prior working knowledge of the area would be an added advantage:

• Proper training would be provided to the selected candidate. The incumbent must also possess some prior knowledge of areas of London.

Having a sense of ownership

• The incumbent must possess alertness and presence of mind. To handle any such situation or problem that may arise during travel. And to making the experience of our clients with SCS as pleasant as possible.

Rapport Building:

• The incumbent would be required to build a cordial relationship with the peers and senior staff members. With a view to develop good working relationship leading to a conducive environment. In order to bring SCS a good name.
